We pick up or you bring it
We collect your luggage from your hotel, the airport or the harbour. Prefer to bring it yourself? That is possible by appointment only.

Pay a deposit, the rest later
A deposit covers the cost of sending the car. You pay the balance later, in cash or by bank transfer.

Heading to Komodo? Meet us at the airport, or we pick you up in Kuta or Bangsal with your luggage and take you to the airport. Your bags stay in storage in Mataram. One car, no separate luggage transfer.

Good to know
- We store luggage at our home in a residential area of Mataram, so there is no shop sign. By appointment only. Please message us before drop-off or pick-up.
- The transfer fee is for the car, so people and luggage travel together at the same price. See our transfer prices.
